Angry At Sony

Millions will now sue Sony Corp. for their extensive and massive failure to protect users data and to secure the access to information by external bodies by imposing specific data filtering firewalls. Recently, the corporation has lost the its rights of service distribution in several countries in the EU after it failed to maintain proper standard of care towards its customers and many lost their money over credit cards when their details have been stoled by, apparently, quite talanted hackers.
But Sony is disappointing me even more with their reluctance to discuss the matter. I am a person who has been a PS player for many years and simply being given zero official information in a press release or simply an interview of a big boss who would calmly explain the situation is quite disturbing. Imagine you are a huge corporation providing gaming services and consoles to several hundred million people over the world - would you stay silent like a lamb when you see that your people are losing money simply because they picked up your products. This is kinda upsetting and I am not quite sure whether I won’t replace my PS3 with a new Xbox this summer.
And one more thing - the complaints Sony has previously received is not some London PR strategy by someone who wants to show himself competent - these were real evidence-based claims that something might go wrong with the system and money might be lost. However, no Sony guy bothered to investigate the matter and the results are quite evident - several millions are already missing from the credit and debit cards of many European users using the system and the PS3 console.
